  • Cost Management – I offer a full range of support in making strategic cost management decisions utilizing WACC, activity-based costing, and lean accounting.
  • Controllership and Financial Management – I can provided assistance in all controllership and financial management areas including the development of scorecards, rolling forecasts and budgets, cash conversion efficiency, and capital investment decisions.
  • Family-Owned Businesses and Succession Planning – I have worked with numerous family-owned businesses on leadership, team development and succession planning.
  • Operations and Supply Chain Management – In addition to a financial background, I am APICS certified in production, supply chain, and inventory management that provides a fit with my cost accounting expertise.
  • Strategic Planning – I have my own customized approach to strategic planning learned from my experience working in the consulting group of one of the premier accounting and consulting firms in the world.

How Virtual Support Works

Interactive internet communication allows virtual sharing of information such as presentations, Excel analysis, whiteboard dialogue, and other data. This technology is what I use to conduct live discussion sessions with my on-line internet students. Extensive use of shared computer screens provides for a quality communication experience.
