Management

My management consulting expertise focuses on leading strategic change and operational optimization utilizing business planning tools and business process improvement techniques. I have been able to combine financial and accounting expertise with hands on operational experience to develop approaches to provide coaching to executives and management teams. This ability is based on “been there and done that” experiences that resonates into our hands on style and training approaches.

Another component of my management programs relates to effective inventory management and activity based cost accounting using strategic cost management approaches to maximize profitability and return on invested capital. My accounting and financial capability allows me to communicate effective cash flow techniques to non-financial managers in ways that is understandable and actionable. This also translates to supply chain management techniques that focus on customer satisfaction, profitability, and asset management.

My training programs include a wide range of topics that enable business owners and managers to better understand the linkage between strategy, operations, and finance. They include programs on knowledge management and business processes in addition to balanced scorecard applications.

My executive and management coaching focuses on providing Building Business Value™ techniques and methodology to smaller and family owned businesses. My numerous training programs can be modified and tailored to fit unique business situations. Also, my management consulting services are well suited to smaller businesses that  typically are not utilizing some of the management methodologies that will yield higher profitability.

My book,Dynamics of Profit Focused Accounting, is an excellent guidebook for management and accountants to grasp the latest management and financial methodologies for operational optimization and return on invested capital.
