Consulting Resources
I have written and developed books, manuals, guides and toolkits to provide guidance and assistance to CPAs in delivering consulting and business advisory services to their clients. My intent is to provide CPAs and accountants with the resources they need to provide their clients with the necessary services and support. In addition to the resources available in the store, I am also available for training and consultation. We view other CPAs as our clients and want to help them build their practices. An additional area of consulting support is assisting CPAs with change management and business process improvement engagements and implementing lean workflow concepts.
Strategic Planning
One of the services I provide is facilitating strategic planning for organizations. I have developed a six step process for creating strategic plans. The Guide to Conducting Strategic Assessments provides CPAs with directions on how to conduct a strategic assessment. In addition, The Strategic Thinking and Planning Toolkit have all the checklists and questions needed to develop strategic plans, tactical plans, and objectives for an organization. I am also available for consultation if additional assistance is needed.
Succession Planning for Family-Owned Businesses
Based on year of working with family-owned businesses, I have developed a methodology and process for facilitating management succession and transition options. We utilize a team approach in working with other CPAs and professionals to deliver the maximum benefit for the client. Because we have access to resources and professionals specializing in this area, we can provide support to CPAs in helping them with their clients in transparent ways.

Cost Accounting
One of my areas of expertise is cost accounting. My book, Dynamics of Profit Focused Accounting, offers a significant amount of information and direction on application of cost accounting concepts. I am also working on a practical guide to cost accounting for CPAs which will be available on the store in the near future.
For those CPAs who have clients with cost accounting or lean accounting issues, I am available for consultation. I also have a training program entitled Cost Accounting for Managerial Decision Making.
Other CPA Resources
Other resources include internal control and managing audit risk. We provide clients support with Financial and Operational Planning as well as Retirement and Estate Planning. Our education and training programs are extensive and offer a broad spectrum of topics. Finally, we are available for due diligence support for clients looking to either buy or sell a business as we have personal expertise in a number of different industries.
