Description

This program gives CPAs the tools to enhance their operational auditing and consulting skills needed to add value to clients. It provides information CPAs need to become key Business Advisors to help their clients improve profitability. They learn to: 

  • Recognize operational problems
  • Expand business diagnostic skills

Participants learn critical skills of how to interview clients by asking the right questions and then how to interpret the answers. Areas such as workflow, productivity, performance measurement and communication are addressed. The key tools needed to deliver the recommendations and conclusions resulting from the assessment are presented. The program provides CPA participants with new tools to become more effective and trusted advisors to their clients. CPAs learn to evaluate a company from multiple perspectives:
